Hi! I request that there be at least a 48 hour notice to cancel appointments or you will be charged 100% of your service fee. No Call - No Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will be unable to book with me again. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged accordingly. I am very understanding when emergencies happen but please communicate and reach out to me ASAP if you ever need to cancel an appointment!
